I took the photograph seen below from Thurstston Hill which is located on the Wirral, i stood on the edge of the cliff and focused on the boats that were moored in the water. The view from Thurstaston looks across to North Wales and you can see Wales appearing in the top left hand corner of the image. I really like the composition of this piece as the moored boats arch their way into the centre of the image drawing your eye across the whole photograph, and i really love the different textures and colourations the water produces.
